A native of Boston, Massachusetts, Jessica Clarke holds a Bachelor of Arts from The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and a Juris Doctorate from Roger Williams University Law School. Before opening her own practice in 2014, Jessica managed the REO, Title and Closing departments of a large Massachusetts real estate law firm. Since opening the doors of The Law Offices of Jessica Clarke, P.C., the firm has grown to become an industry leader and one of the fastest growing new firms in Massachusetts. Jessica's extensive legal experience, focus on customer service, marketing skills and leadership abilities have all played a role in building a solid foundation for The Law Offices of Jessica Clarke, P.C. Jessica is board member of her garden club and enjoys summers in Cape Cod.
JAMES A SHANLEY, ESQ.
Attorney
Jim grew up in Connecticut and has his Bachelor's in American government and politics from Clark University. He has his Juris Doctorate from New England Law. Jim worked in education, as a manager, and an attorney before joining The Law Offices of Jessica Clarke in May 2024. Jim has an expansive knowledge of real estate law and probate with an eye on nuances. Every morning, he takes a walk with his dogs and wife and enjoys spending time with his family. We are lucky to have such a hardworking, salt of the earth attorney on our team.
Kristin Slack, ESQ.
Attorney and Funding Manager
Kristin has been an attorney with The Law Offices of Jessica Clarke, P.C. since 2015. Prior to joining JCLAW, she practiced at a boutique firm in Boston, in the Commercial Insolvency and Restructuring and Litigation Groups. Kristin has also worked in Washington, D.C., as a Legislative Aide for a Member of Congress. Kristin graduated from Roger Williams University School of Law and is licensed in Massachusetts and Georgia. We are very lucky to have such a detail-oriented, loyal attorney with a robust knowledge of real estate transactions. In her free time, Kristin enjoys badminton and joking with her children.
JOSH rOBERMAN, Esq.
Attorney
A native of Chicago, Illinois, Josh Roberman holds a Bachelor of Arts in Music Business Management from Columbia College Chicago, where he developed a passion for helping creators protect and properly monetize their work — a foundation that would later inform his approach to transactional real estate law. He earned his Juris Doctor from New England Law | Boston. Josh has been practicing in Massachusetts since 2019, performing various real estate closings around the state. Josh joined The Law Offices of Jessica Clarke in 2026 where he focuses on residential conveyancing, title examination, and HUD HECM foreclosure matters. His background across both the arts and the law brings a distinctive perspective to every client matter he handles. Josh lives in East Boston with his wife Hattie and their dog Louie. Outside the office, he enjoys playing guitar and practicing martial arts.
W. SCOTT PARR
Of Counsel
Scott Parr is a strategic business leader, attorney and equity investor, who has advised, created and led successful organizations in the private, public and not for profit sectors. He has achieved performance improvements and objectives and increased entity value through a combination of analysis, innovation, advocacy, process and communications enhancement, team building and management. Most recently, he took over a poorly performing public company with a long history in manufacturing and technology, and remade it into the largest and most successful independent global provider of systems for the early identification of breast cancer. Prior to that, he served as CEO and as General Counsel for several high-technology corporations in high growth or turn-around situations and as a business attorney providing counsel in financing, organizational, strategic and contractual issues.
Scott also has significant experience in government and politics. He has set up and run local government and state programs in employment, education and environmental sectors and has served as a senior campaign executive for several state and federal political campaigns. Most recently, he was Campaign Chairman in a US Congressional race. Scott began his public service as a Senate Investigator for the United States Senate Select Committee on Presidential Campaign Activities (Watergate Committee).
Scott is active in local government relations and advocacy, telecommunications licensing, business formation and finance, energy and mediation. He obtained his J.D. from Harvard Law School, a Masters in Public Policy from the John F. Kennedy School of Government at Harvard University (where he was a Littauer Scholar) and an A.B. in Economics from Brown University. He has been a Lecturer in Public Management at the College of the Holy Cross, and a Visiting Lecturer at the Harvard University School of Public Health.
KURT LUSCHKOWSKI
Closing Manager
Kurt is from Aliquippa, Pa, he has a BA in English and is our Closing Manager. He has been in the industry since August 2010 at Servicelink, Nationallink, & Mortgage Connect before Joining The Law Office Of Jessica Clarke in 09/2021. Kurt has a wide range of experience in all aspects of the title industry having done just about every job on his way up. Along the way, forging a lasting relationship with Wendy & Kristin, and ultimately Jessica that led to becoming part of our team!

DAN SKUNZA
Title Manager
Dan has been a Title Examiner at JC Law since June 2020 and has over 10 years of experience in title and real estate law. He currently resides outside of his hometown of Columbus, Ohio. Dan has a degree in English from The Ohio State University, and is a 20-year veteran of the US Army Reserves where he currently holds the rank of Master Sergeant and serves as a Civil Affairs Team Sergeant. He has also served as an Engineer and Drill Sergeant, and is a veteran of Operation Iraqi Freedom. In his free time, Dan enjoys practicing Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, fishing, and cheering on The Ohio State Buckeyes.

Chris Doyle graduated from Fitchburg State College in 2000 and has been a real estate paralegal for over 25 years. Chris has worked all over the state for several well-known real estate firms covering all aspects of real estate transactions.

Paralegal
Jamie has been a Paralegal at JC Law since 2020 and has over 20 years of experience in the legal realm. She has been an excellent notary since 2004 and has an eye for detail. When not enjoying time with her family and son, you can find her enjoying bar pizza.
JOCELYN WILLIAMS
Title Examiner
Jocelyn joined Jessica Clarke Law in 2020, prior to joining the company, Jocelyn worked as an Executive Assistant and Head Examiner for a local title company, here she was responsible for infield training and oversight of new examiners. Her other responsibilities were assisting her manager with title review, researching defunct bank takeovers and skip tracing. She has worked as a title examiner since 2010, examining titles in MA, CT and RI. Jocelyn was born and raised in Rhode Island. She graduated from CCRI and holds Associate Degrees in Science and Art. She furthered her education by getting her BA from Rhode Island College in 2008. In her free time, she enjoys being outside whether it is gardening, hiking, kayaking or mountain biking.
Bridget Williams
Title Examiner
Bridget has been a Title Examiner at JC Law since September of 2024 and has over 30 years of experience in title and real estate law. During her career she worked for a national title insurance company for 16 years as an in-house title examiner and then manager of their Tax Title Department. She then went on to be a managing partner of a company that specialized in the Tax Title Industry in Rhode Island until she retired in 2022.
She is originally from Raytown, Missouri, but currently resides outside of Providence, Rhode Island. Bridget has a degree in Paralegal Studies from Roger Williams University and is a former member of the Rhode Island Air National Guard. She is a proud mother of two children and enjoys outdoor activities including walking, camping and gardening. She is a lover of basketball, hockey and football and can participate in none of them but watches with passion.

Te’Aunna Brown
Title Examiner
Te'Aunna joins our team from St. Louis, MO. She has extensive experience spanning over two decades in title examination as an independent contractor with a deep understanding of all aspects of conveyancing from abstracting an in-depth title to closing as a notary public. We are so excited to have such a wealth of knowledge and a commitment to collaboration as team member in 2026. On her free time, you can find Te'Aunna loves to travel all over to food festivals and concerts. She is a member of community sisterhood that focuses on advocacy to community outreach, uplift and growth.
