What You’ll Do:

• Facilitate loan signings and notarize documents accurately.

• Ensure a smooth and professional experience for clients.

• Maintain confidentiality and compliance with state regulations.

Requirements:

• Licensed Attorney for Massachusetts

• Licensed Attorney for Connecticut or willing to apply strongly preferred.

• Active Notary Commission.

• Reliable transportation and smartphone.

• Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.

• Bilingual strongly preferred.

• We are specifically looking for attorneys willing to travel to: Hampden County, Hampshire County, Franklin County, Berkshire County, Barnstable County, Martha’s Vineyard, and Nantucket.
