Jessica C. Clarke, Esq.  
A native of Boston, Massachusetts, Jessica Clarke holds a Bachelor of Arts from The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and a Juris Doctorate from Roger Williams University Law School.  Before opening her own practice in 2014, Jessica managed the REO, Title and Closing departments of a large Massachusetts real estate law firm.  Since opening the doors of The Law Offices of Jessica Clarke, P.C., the firm has grown to become an industry leader and one of the fastest growing new firms in Massachusetts.  Jessica's extensive legal experience, focus on customer service, marketing skills and leadership abilities have all played a role in building a solid foundation for The Law Offices of Jessica Clarke, P.C.


Jilian A. Morton, Esq.

Jilian joined the firm after working at law firms in Boston and on Cape Cod.

Wendy Jeter, Closing Manager

Wendy Jeter has over 15 years of experience in the real estate law industry, specializing in the residential conveyancing process from start to finish.  She has been part of The Law Offices of Jessica Clarke, P.C. team since its inception.  Prior to that, Wendy worked for 13 years for one of the top real estate law firms in the Metrowest area.  Wendy went to Mass Bay Community College for Business Administration and is a certified mediator and notary public.


Dianne Connors, Funding Manager

Dianne Connors came to The Law Offices of Jessica Clarke, P.C. with over 28 years of accounting experience. Prior to joining the firm, Dianne had been with another fast-paced real estate firm handling loan funding, banking, reconciliations, payroll, and human resources.  She also has experience as an accounting manager and EEO Officer for a large Mssachusetts general contractor.



Krystle K. Schiavo, Office Manager

Having spent 9 years as an educator in Rhode Island, Krystle joined The Law Offices of Jessica Clarke, P.C. with a strong background in team management and leadership. She ensures our clients satisfaction, makes sure the daily operations of the firm run smoothly, and is available to tackle any and all matters that come our way.  She is a highly active director and trainer for the Girl Scouts of Southeastern New England, and an avid non-profit volunteer. Krystle holds a degree in Music Education and Psychology from Rhode Island College.



Christopher P. Doyle, Senior Paralegal

Chris Doyle graduated from Fitchburg State College in 2000 and has been a real estate paralegal for over 15 years.  Chris has worked all over the state for several well-known real estate firms covering all aspects of real estate transactions. 




Denize DePaula Flynn, Title Examiner

Originally educated at the Universidade Estadual de Londrina in Brazil, Denize Flynn returned to Middlesex Community College to receive her certification as a Paralegal.  With over 7 years of experience as a title examiner, Denize joined The Law Offices of Jessica Clarke, P.C. after working at two well-known Massachusetts real estate firms.




Justin Tierney, Title Examiner

After graduating from Boston Latin School in 2004, Justin Tierney entered the field of real estate and has been at it ever since.  Initially a clerk at the Suffolk County Registry of Deeds, Justin soon hopped the counter and began title examinations, being classically trained by working with several attorneys and underwriters.  




Danielle Pinaud, Legal Assistant

A recent addition to The Law Offices of Jessica Clarke, P.C., Danielle holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the College of the Holy Cross, and is also currently a licensed real estate salesperson in Massachusetts . She is continuing her education at the University of Massachusetts Boston with a Masters in Business Administration.




Linda Tracy, Legal Secretary

Linda comes to us with 20+ years of varied customer service and call center experiences; including work done with Fortune 500 companies.  As a legal secretary she works tirelessly to ensure that our clients’ needs are taken care of quickly and accurately.  Her experience with customer service has made her a valued and welcomed addition to the team.
